You always start with a 75 min Start-up (only available in package) where we meet to look at your menstrual cycle charts (if you have any) listen to your sharing and have a look through your health form.

Then we create a customized plan with herbal medicine, supplements, exercises, resources etc for the near future. The session is based on your health form so make sure to submit it in time before we meet. If you don´t receive one straight away. let me know via text.

About 1-2 months after the start up, we will meet again for a 35 min follow-up.

In the second session we decide when to meet next after that.

One on one come as a package of:

1 startup 75 min

2 follow ups a 35 min each

Package price is total 3400 sek/ 310 €

After the 3 meetings you can book freestanding follow ups as you need.

DONT FREAK OUT about the prices in the booking. When we meet we decide on exact price and how to pay it. I´m deeply comitted to you and your health. If you feel called to work with me, we will find an agreement that works well for both of us.
